Program Outcomes
Successful Completion of the program will provide the student with:
Knowledge and Skills
- Carpentry, rough framing, roof construction, remodeling, finish work, cabinets, stairs and railings
- Electrical: wiring, switches, single-pole, three-way and four-way main panel, 120-Circuit, 220-Circuit and electrical codes
- Masonry: block, brick and stone work, work sites and layout footers
- Plumbing: copper pipes, ABS and PVC piping and installing fixtures
- Roofing: rafters, sheeting, shingles, venting and flashing
- Drywall: hanging and finishing work, ceilings
- Painting and finish work
- Trim Work: interior doors, casing, baseboards, railings and crown molding
- Siding: vinyl, wood and shake
